LUNVERO is the controller for project enquiries submitted on this website. The controller’s official legal name, any business ID, postal address and privacy contact email will be added before launch once confirmed.
Data we process
The form collects your name, email address and message, plus optional company, project type, timing and selected concept direction. We also process technical request data such as an IP address to prevent abuse and protect the service.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to respond to your enquiry, assess a potential project, take requested steps before a possible contract, and keep the form secure. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in securing the service.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Data is disclosed only to people handling the enquiry and service providers needed for form delivery, email delivery and abuse prevention. The providers used and any international-transfer safeguards will be confirmed before production launch. We retain data only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting client relationship, or to meet legal obligations.
